We are Bailey Lauerman (BL), a 48-year-old creative company. We offer a range of core competencies - brand strategy and management, creative and design, and connections strategy - all organized around each client’s specific needs. With offices in Omaha and Los Angeles, we are technically considered a “small” agency.  Small is a term relative to the number of people on staff, not the size of our ideas. 

We represent the Everything In-Between.

The Everything In-Between is a place. A mindset. A complex, diverse group of people centrally important to scaling organizations. A large segment of the population between the coasts that is often overlooked by marketers. A group of people that can no longer just be flown over.

Why? Because we have a broad-based knowledge of the Americans in the Everything In-Between.

We have a firm grasp of the complexity of this audience and an appreciation for the values, interests and activities of the everyday citizen. Though our name is tied to some rather big brands, you’ll find our approach refreshingly simple.
