I strongly advise all suppliers to exercise caution when considering doing business with Provider Digital. We have been following up on unpaid cleaning service invoices for the past two years, with consistent communication since November 2024.James from Provider Digital repeatedly promised payment but failed to follow through. On two occasions, we posted Google reviews highlighting our experience. Both times, James requested us to remove the reviews, citing concerns about their clientele. Out of respect, we complied.On January 21st, we agreed that payment would be made by February 10th. Today is February 25th, and no payment has been received. Instead, we continue to receive excuses, ranging from blaming the collection agency to requesting invoices that have already been provided.This experience has been unprofessional and disappointing. I strongly encourage other suppliers to proceed with caution when dealing with this firm and urge Provider Digital's clients to consider working with ethical and reliable service providers. "

Our experience with Provider Digital did not begin well however James Meichtry redeemed my faith with his positive can do attitude and willingness to go over and above. He has been readily available to answer my questions and fix issues quickly without delay. We are finally on track. Thx James. "

I deeply regret trusting Provider Digital with my project. I paid $2500 three months ago for them to build a website, and since then, I've heard almost nothing of them and have had no work produced. Before payment they were very attentive, calling weekly to win my business and talk themselves up, but once they had the money the silence has been deafening. I have requested a refund many times and am awaiting a Vcat hearing.There has been no attempt to start the work or communicate with me unless I initiate the contact. They are completely unprofessional and I feel like I've been scammed. I am a new business and cannot afford this to have happened.Save yourself the frustration and find a trustworthy company that values its clients. Avoid provider Digital at all costs. "

Avoid This Business – Unprofessional and UnreliableDo not do business with this company. I signed a contract in early October with James, expecting a logo and website as promised, but have received absolutely nothing. This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional.Despite countless phone calls, messages, and emails, I have been completely lied to and ignored. It is unacceptable to take someone’s money and fail to deliver on your commitments. This has been a huge waste of my time and resources, and I will be reporting this matter to Fair Trade.It’s shocking that this company is still in business. Shame on you, James, for running such an untrustworthy operation.Since I can’t reply back, I will not delete this review no matter what you say, liar! All you say is I will let my team call you and then disappear!! "

We engaged Provider Digital on 17/09/2024 to run a google ads campaign for the three month period. During our initial meetings we were advised that we would receive monthly analytical reports, and provided contacts if we had any enquiries throughout this campaign process.We received no updates or contact until the 18/11/2024 when we had a meeting scheduled to discuss our campaign. James advised us that he would be overseeing our campaign moving forward and would pass on the analytics and extra information regarding our campaign, we never received any information from James.After our meeting we have been unable to get in touch with anyone from Provider Digital despite an occasional promise to receive a call back.We have been directed to Provider Digitals dispute email, which we have never received correspondence from. We are simply wanting to discuss a refund since we have received no service and minimal contact since 17/09/2024.I would not recommend using Provider Digital's services. "
