Where do I begin? I cannot say enough great things about Dave and his company. I chose Dave as my web developer when I first started my business. Extremely disappointing experience. I hired Starke Marketing to run my marketing campaigns. Over two months later, I’ve received no deliverables, no active campaigns, and no response to multiple emails or phone calls. Missed key sales periods like Memorial Day without any explanation or action. I ultimately had to terminate the relationship and request a full refund. No Refund was processed. If you value your time and business momentum, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This company overpromises and severely underdelivers.

Highly disappointed with the lack of customer service and attention to detail. Even after 3 edits, our website still has so many errors. When it first went live, it was non-operational for at least 24 hours. Jon promised several things during the initial proposal that were never completed and became defensive when i sent a lengthy revision document. *edit* if I could rate 0 stars, I would. I have recently found out through extensive research that there are a lot more things wrong with our website than what we initially thought.
