Some of requirements of the redesign project included: a multi-program registration portal, integration with 3rd party systems (QuickBooks, Salesforce, payment platforms), merging content/users from a second website into our main one, and redeveloping a custom test scoring and reporting tool used by volunteers. Our website is utilized by several distinct constituent groups, and addressing their very different needs often requires complex functionality and workflows. Updates have been infrequent, and marketing calls have disrupted the process. Emails sent on 09/03/2025, 09/13/2025, 10/04/2025, and 10/06/2025 have gone unanswered. Conclusion Due to Zoeks lack of communication and failure to meet contractual obligations, I have experienced inconvenience and financial loss. I urge Zoek to take prompt action to resolve these issues by issuing a full refund and providing clear answers regarding ongoing site management and ADA compliance.
