This is not a reputable or honorable company. They said it would take about two months to finish the site. Five months later the site was not finished and Mr Bilawal emailed us and said they need to charge us more money. When we objected Mr Bilawal stated either pay more money or they will abandon the project. When we objected to paying more money one more time we received this email from Mr Bilawal "I understand and based on our contract I would like to terminate our agreement on the project" So even though we paid them thousands of dollars they abandoned the project and we have nothing. The little bit of work they did was useless and unusable. They are completely incompetent to build even a rudimentary ecommerce website.

In the beginning, Urban Software & Web Development would provide XD designs, and we had regular virtual meetings to understand my concepts/designs. We also operated off Monday.com, email, and Google docs/sheets. Once the app had been built, I received builds that I would download, review, and provide feedback on both via email as well as on our weekly virtual meetings. I'm on my third project manager, and no, they have failed to meet deadline after deadline. I have email upon email with promise after promise that the app will launch on exact date. As delivery dates have come, I've asked for timelines and a plan of action, only to have been met with false promises that the work is nearing completion.Many times, the team was out due to a holiday, or I would get some other technical excuse as to why the app wasn't progressing - for example, notifications weren't working because there was an issue with my dedicated server that was causing issues with the time zones. Multiple times when I asked for something, a new build, a timeline, phone or virtual meeting with Muhammad Bilawal (CEO), they would tell me when I would get it, and then it wouldn't happen, but instead, they would send me a new build hoping that would satisfy me and since I was just wanting a finished product I kept falling for their antics. I regret partnering with this company and I will not recommend them to anyone looking for Mobile App Development.

I ended up legal with this company and had to take the code to an actual company here in US where I have spend an enormous amount of money to fix the horrible code. I was even told by the new company that the code is the absolute worst code they have ever seen. I have also met 2 other people since leaving Urban Software & Web Development that have had a very similar experience. This is the most pathetic web design company ever. They have on their website 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. My experience was far from that. All I wanted to do was up date an existing website that I very much liked that I had used for 10 years. They gave me a price of updating of $8000. It was a fight the entire process. I did not want anything special, just updates of my current website for the new technology that had occurred over the past 10 years. They could not get my website duplicated. When they did not duplicated, and I showed them why it was not a duplication, they said, oh, you want that, this is out of our scope. My argument was they knew the scope, they could see the web site I liked. They keep upping the price, they raised the quote to over $20,000. When we launched their version after months of struggle getting like my old website, there was no way for me to adequately change my pricing on the website, in a manner that I could preform, again, just like I showed them in the beginning. They showed me their new and improved process, but it was impossible for me to function. They again, wanted more money after paying them more than 2 and a half times the price they quoted, and still not giving me a website that was like my original website that they were suppose to improve. It took me 3 Months to get my old website back up after giving this company took $20,000 of my money. This is the most pathetic rip off company I have ever dealt with. I have an over 100 Million Dollar a Year Company, and having their disaster website up 2 months, paying them 2.5 Times their original bid, and having to take it down because it was not functional was truly a nightmare, and I wasted over $20,000 of money, and got nothing but 2 Months worth of headaches. They told me in the beginning they could have it completed in a couple weeks, but I had 4 Month of a Nightmare, and lost $20,000. Stay away from this company!!!!!
