Recently was recommended to try Zehlm for a new website. I had been using one of the popular online providers but they recently raised their prices. Upon contacting Zehlm, they responded quickly and professionally to my needs and questions. We were able to get a newly refreshed website with email and all for a better cost per year than my last web provider. My website is small but I have a good customer group that I have had over 5 years. I don't do fancy but just the basics with communication posts and a quarterly newsletter. I can manage it all from my phone, or my tablet instead of my desktop. I would recommend Zehlm for future website/web service needs.

Apologies for grammar but had to get this one off my chest. Wow yeah to the post above about click depot selling your data to spammers and scammers that I can confirm. I own an exterior house cleaning biz and it’s it’s been crickets for literally 6 months because they don’t know how to do their job. Oh and Being a customer for over 5 years btw and Lookin at them as a great company until they started to having people work for them that clearly have no idea what they are doing. What an idiot I was thinkin I could trust them again. So Back in Nov last year they had the wrong email address linked to my website for the estimate requests that I missed out on for over 3 months.after talking with them about tryin to get the scammers and spam requested removed from my estimate request link that was my bread and butter to my website for customers to get hold of me was completely ruined. Lost tons of clients. By the way. Ruined my reputation, I politely Asked them to fix it months ago and they told me they did well well well. Months later and remember this nonsense started in Nov of 23 still going to this day. It’s a damn good thing I do good work and have my regular clients that I appreciate and kept me afloat during this shizzz storm of a year that could’ve been completed avoided. Also I was thinkin it was slow biz time but nope they drop the ball on that. Didn’t even send over the requests that were submitted and missed out on because they weren’t being sent to me. I’ve paid these people a good amount of money. Trust me and been super patient. I call in with a complaint because well i mean how can you not…. I mean all I can do is complain at this point in time. And trust me they didn’t get me rich been beans and rice over here. So yeah If your looking to get screwed over after years of biz and sell your data and I’m sure my customers data to scammers. Yeah look no further. Call the click depot. Yeah I didn’t give you 500$ a month for like 3 years for you to sell my data.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Initially was in contact with Neil who claims to be the owner of the business. I was then told with the new website and the ad services that I could expect to see 5-10x the amount of customers I currently had. After almost a year of using Click Depot I have received 0 new customers. None. The project manager that was assigned to me, Heather, called me once and then never returned phone calls after that. I tried calling Neil twice in the fall and didn’t get an answer either time. After 6 months of no contact from anybody at all from the company I assumed I had been tricked by a fake company and took responsibility for that. However today Neil decided to call me and say there was an issue with ad service billing. 6 months since last contact and I get a call trying to act like he had no idea what was going on with anything. Heather had apparently been let go because of things similar to my own situation and nobody decided to ever call to continue working with me in my own project. Would run as far away from Neil and this company as possible. They didn’t do a single thing they promised they would do. Website still isn’t complete. Still has bugs and errors. No customers have come in from website or Google ads. 0. None. Terribly managed company that lies to customers to get their money.

As a small business owner I know it’s very hard to find an SEO company who you trust and will get you the results you desire. Wow...where do I start in the many postive and amazing things I feel the need to share about Hooman's talent, knowledge and creativity. I recently moved to NC from FL and my website was not gaining traction and I haven't shown up in the Google Business Listings after 10 months of living here. My former web designer said he did all he could - then retired on me after 12 years of working together. I was devastated. Little did I know, that was the best thing that could have happened to me. An acquaintance sent out a screenshot of Hooman's company and services and I contacted him immediately. In less than 3 weeks, he has taken my outdated website and "refreshed" it (his terminology). My description better describes the outcome: a complete makeover and transformation to a more modern, elegant, appealing, conscise, and beautiful website that perfectly targets the clientele I want to attract. He created 100% of the text which blew me away. I tweaked a few words here and there but minor changes. The layout is unbelievable. The way the pages link to each other is amazing. And every detail on my new site is exactly what Google is looking for - which took me from 3rd & 4th page in a search - to front page, already! Additionally, he helped me get off my former email platform I've been cussing at for years and got me moved over to a Google Workspace account, so I'm now working in this century. A minor learning curve but I love it already. Another big ticket item for me - is showing up in the Google "map pack," the Business Listings. I was not visible at all, after 10 months. He has worked his magic in the background to sync to my website and advised me on a few homework items I need to do, to help myself rank better. This is HUGE. I'm now visible and my ranking will improve as I do my part on the front end and he continues to do his thing behind the scenes. A few years ago I researched many web designer/SEO professionals and they were all priced much higher and would never have given me this kind of service. They wanted to create a new site on Wix or other DIY basic platforms. Hooman kept my existing WordPress site in place and put his creativity, talent, knowledge of SEO and Google requirements to work. Truly remarkable. If you've read this far - I have only scratched the surface. If you truly care about the success of your business and want someone you can trust that won't overcharge you, but "over-deliver" in service and results - look no further. I've done my research and Birch Stream Digital is not like the "others" - he truly cares and is exceptional at what he does! Hooman - I'm wearing out the words "thank you" - but seriously - thank you for saving my business!
