Mobile App Development Review from Payam R. Monfared, Ing.

I had the pleasure of working with Chtan and his team, along with Nirav from Zignuts, on a Figma design project, and I must say, the experience was exceptional.Their communication skills and attention to detail stood out from the very beginning. They took the time to thoroughly understand our requirements, ensuring every aspect of the design was aligned with our vision. The collaboration was seamless, with daily updates and real-time development that kept the project on track and allowed for immediate feedback and adjustments.Additionally, the performance-to-price ratio was impressive. They delivered high-quality designs that were both innovative and functional, all while staying within, budget rare combination in today's market.Overall, I highly recommend Chetan, Nirav, and their team for any design project. Their professionalism, efficiency, and dedication to excellence make them a trusted partner for creative and development work.

Kinematic Digital suggested an action plan to help improve our online presence. They then migrated the platform to Magento. They brought in third-party modules and extensions to improve our platforms UX and functionality. They now provide ongoing maintenance and support. The project started off a bit sluggish, but has drastically improved and is now going quite well. They're extremely responsive, regardless of time or day. On top of that, their team is knowledgeable and communicates well with us, creating a synergetic partnership. We use YouTrack for project management, and we communicate via Google Meet, Slack, and WhatsApp. We also have emergency contacts that we can use if necessary. What impressed us the most was that They assign seasoned developers to our project. As a result, tasks are completed quickly, usually within a few days, which is far better than I've experienced with other vendors.

From project planning to documentation, Kinematic Digital produced tidy and well-organized outcomes. The customer has chosen from among the several design alternatives they offered. Best practices and an optimized user journey were followed in the collaborative design process. In addition to being quick and search engine optimized, the website was completed expertly.Scrum is the project management methodology that Kinematic Digital uses. Kinematic Digital's many web technologies, such as Basecamp and InVision, allowed for open and transparent project collaboration. The Kinematic Digital team was detailed-oriented and on time. We believed that, as opposed to being a vendor, we were dealing with a real partner that shared our passion for the project's success.

There are two types of work that we would do with Kinematic Digital. One is Sitecore maintenance and operation. Consider that keeping the website up and running on a daily basis. If there are small changes we need to make, like the template of a specific page, make some configuration changes, or sometimes we change the hosting environment, such as upgrading a server, they handle that. Anything related to administration and infrastructure, we delegate to Kinematic Digital. On top of that, when we have strategic projects, we engage with them on a statement of work type of arrangement. A couple of examples of those are we switched our blog platform and the look and feel and design of the blog a couple of years ago, and Kinematic Digital handled that project, so both the design and then the technical side. More recently, we conducted a redesign of the overall branding look and feel of our website, and Kinematic Digital did that, too. They worked on both the design side of it as well as the technical deployment.

For the digital marketing portion of the project, Scan tracked growth and engagement on our social media platforms. It was clear that their work directly drove growth in our online presence. On the web development side, our investors and internal executive stakeholders were impressed with their work. Its too early to truly gauge the value of the site, but in the immediate term, those who didn't like the old site have really liked the new one. They were great with structuring regular Zoom calls to keep everything on track. Outside of these calls, we communicated via email and Basecamp.

In our email marketing campaigns, we've seen a 25% return on investment. Our PPC ROI is 250%. They've found a way to attract an audience to our site despite safety training not being an objectively exciting subject.Their project management skills are fantastic. They report progress to us multiple times a day, which keeps me happy. Scandiweb is always in touch with us to make sure we know how everything is going. We never have to chase them down about anything.

eCommerce Development Review from JOSHUA MARGOLIS

The purpose of this project is to redesign the existing website with a modern, user-friendly interface and integrate a custom checkout system tailored for subscription-based services. The new design will enhance the user experience, improve site performance, and streamline the subscription process to increase conversions and customer retention. The speed at which you completed the project without compromising on quality is truly impressive. Not only did you meet our tight deadlines, but the site also looks modern, runs smoothly, and the functionality has been greatly improved.Your attention to detail, responsiveness, and ability to quickly address any feedback or issues along the way made the whole process seamless. This upgrade has already made a significant difference, and we couldn't be happier with the results.
