From the RFP submission to the monthly maintenance and education, I am constantly impressed with their knowledge, professionalism, and overall high quality of work. They deliver beautiful designs in extremely tight windows—we launched our entirely redesigned site in 6 months!—and for more reasonable fees than other companies. I would give 0 stars if I could. This company dragged out our website creation process from 6 months to over a year. They continuously ignored requests, ignored our direct emails, ignored files we provided, and on. The final product was delivered full of 404 errors, spelling and grammar mistakes, incorrect files, missing files, triplicate files, and on. We were passed around from person to person throughout the entire process. They told us they understood the needs of an HRA, but continuously betrayed that statement. They ignored our request for team training on the new site, which was part of our agreement. Stay away from this company.

As an accounting firm I would give them 1 star. I recently discovered a litany of deductions they failed to consider. You will be given an EA, which is just a glorified tax preparer. They will know nothing and be slow to reply. You might as well get your taxes done by H&R block or a proper independent CPA. If these folks do your taxes, get prepared for a larger tax bill. I strongly advise against it.
