By looking at Youtube pages and references, you expect a high quality job. Although I sent them the exact sample I wanted, very amateur works came out. I could have done the same job on fiverr for $150 but I paid $270. At the end of 14 days, I received half a job and now I am doing the rest of the work myself. They did not offer a refund. Studio Rental: We recently rented Impact Media’s studio space for some client interviews. It was a great space! They had it prepped for us on arrival. They have a great conference/green room right next door so the talent could be comfortable while we set up. Even though it was not the largest space it’s organized and efficient set up and we were able to fit a two camera interview against a solid backdrop.Overall the Impact team was hospitable and constantly checked in if we needed anything. We will be renting this space again in the future!

Jim from Blue Ocean Productions recently helped my church with livestream issues that we've been having over the past year. The problem involved the video lagging significantly behind the audio with the lag getting progressively worse throughout the duration of the stream. Jim was brought in to diagnose the issue, and after sending him some information about our set-up, computer specs, etc., he was able to spend a couple of hours with me and another church elder testing various settings in the streaming software, OBS, as well as other settings for the computer, mixer and wireless microphone.Ultimately, we determined that we'll need a more powerful PC, but Jim was able to help us adjust certain settings so that we can have a stable video stream with synced audio. The ultimate test will be this Sunday when we stream our church service for 60+ minutes, but we're optimistic that the help Jim provided will lead to success. Jim was knowledgeable, kind and patient throughout this process, and I would recommend his company to anyone looking for some tech support.

We were hosting a listening session where a diocesan representative would come to share information about the plan for our feedback. We wanted to livestream the session for those who couldn't attend as well as archive it to our website, so we looked for a company experienced in video productionSearching around, I found Brad at BP Video. I chose him because he was local as well as having experience producing video at a local Christian church. We had our initial meeting to walk-through and explain what we hoped to achieve, especially as this was a 1st time event for both of us. He has many ideas as though would be a challenging shoot - the speaker would be nearly fifty feet away and we'd have to shoot while remaining out of the view of the participants. Brad and his team was able to accomplish this for a very reasonable costI can't recommend Brad and his team at BP Video highly enough - in addition to their skills, they are faith-filled men. To me, this adds immeasurable value to the work they do
