No sense of service. A blonde saleswoman of a certain age with glasses, regularly and particularly unpleasant and offensive. Simple behavior and not open to others. This time she spitefully sent disadvantaged people and people of foreign origin packing. A distressing and shameful spectacle. How sad. Every time when leaving Cyra Lido, you feel mistreated and a little revolted.
