Through a referral, we booked a meeting with Punchcard systems a little over a month ago to discuss a project we are looking to develop. We met with Sam from Punchcard and had what we thought was a good intro/ discovery conversation. Sam said he would recap our meeting with a follow up email and invite one of his team members in our next scheduled meeting.He did not get back to us at all!! I followed up twice after and no reply... no out of office message and STILL haven't heard back.. just GHOSTED.I called their office and spoke with Liza about the situation, she apologized and said she will "give Sam a nudge" to at least reply to us. Still nothing... I called the line again, left a message and now not hearing back from Liza.It's SUPER OFF-PUTTING and disgusting to be literally ghosted like this especially after sharing sensitive information about our startup. We read such great reviews about punchcard, listened to some of their team speak at Edmonton start-up week this year and got a referral from Alberta Catalyzer which made us feel Punchcard would be a solid and credible option to discuss our project with.Courtesy + Communication = ProfessionalismWe clearly made a mistake reaching out to Punchcard
