Agency Partner built us a pretty website... but it was slow and not technically optimized for SEO. The backend was very buggy, with many "useless" sections in the WordPress dashboard. I am a WordPress developer, but I am also the company's marketing director so we chose to have the site developed by an outside company. I spent approximately 20 hours working on the backend removing useless "features" and optimizing the site to pass the Core Web Vitals. It should've been a huge red flag when the company wouldn't show us the backend before launch. Additionally, when they launched the site they "no-indexed" the entire website! Recently, I sent a ticket to support to fix 404 pages. After getting no response for several days, I went into the site and fixed the error myself. They had the audacity to send me a "we fixed the error" email 24 hours after we fixed the issues ourselves! If you are looking for a well-built site, look elsewhere. This company is only good for pretty site that loads slow and is bogged down with junk. The company reached out and heard my complaints. There's not a lot they can do to make this right (since most of the work they left undone was finished by me), but at least they listened. They extended our site warranty to help fix any outstanding issues. I'm adjusting my rating to three-stars.

The most impressive thing about Dreamsoft4u was everything got designed and developed inhouse by experienced developers. We had rough draft of wireframes but they improved it with their designing and added the elements of branding and personality. The app got launched on App Store and Play Store. Since the launch of this version of the app, we have gotten all positive feedback. Not only users are admiring the app design but we are also experiencing good amount of downloads with high user retention. Cant find any areas for improvement , they have been fantastic throughout our journey.

There are two types of work that we would do with Kinematic Digital. One is Sitecore maintenance and operation. Consider that keeping the website up and running on a daily basis. If there are small changes we need to make, like the template of a specific page, make some configuration changes, or sometimes we change the hosting environment, such as upgrading a server, they handle that. Anything related to administration and infrastructure, we delegate to Kinematic Digital. On top of that, when we have strategic projects, we engage with them on a statement of work type of arrangement. A couple of examples of those are we switched our blog platform and the look and feel and design of the blog a couple of years ago, and Kinematic Digital handled that project, so both the design and then the technical side. More recently, we conducted a redesign of the overall branding look and feel of our website, and Kinematic Digital did that, too.
