I had previously written a critical review of this business (Aug 2023 - now updated) based on a poor user experience in an Android app they developed in comparison to the iOS version that they also developed, After using an updated version of their app this year for the 2024 event, I can confirm that there was a significant improvement in the functionality and usefulness of the app and that the developer reached out personally to let me know. While I think that there is always room for improvement with the app itself, I was impressed with the outreach and responsiveness of this business to a critical review. They were professional, courteous, and relevant to the issues raised. I do appreciate that there may have been considerations and limitations that were not directly in the control of ImmediaC in the development or priority placed upon the different versions of the app and appreciate that they have worked with their client to identify and improve the app so, as a business, I couldn't ask for more than that.

R&G Strategic has done a really nice job with project management. They set us up on Slack, and we have weekly meetings. Their team met targets in terms of getting the website done on time. They were very organized and did a great job. We met in person twice before the pandemic hit. Since then, we mostly communicate through Slack and video conferences where they show their work and walk us through what they’ve done.They were very patient with us because we were still ironing out our vision and details at the same time as project execution. R&G Strategic worked with us to figure those things out and made some tweaks depending on what we decided to change as the design progressed.

If you are a small business you do not need their services! Paid thousands for a website that was actually just a Shopify template I ended up filling out myself with my own photos and text... Looking back I really think to myself, what did they do? And I cannot answer that too well ha. Truly something you can do yourself so so easily. This was probably my biggest spending regret since starting my brand. Save your money and learn a Shopify template, you can do it!As per their reply: Again small business owners, try a Shopify template yourself! I remade my website within a few months of their services and am much happier with it, at no outside cost. Definitely did not need to pay for extra tools as they recommend, just some research which anyone can do :)
