UI/UX Design Review from Joe Anandarajah
We partnered with HyperSense through their TechBoost program, and they truly impressed us with their deep understanding of our business needs. They provided invaluable support with our marketing, website, and product UI/UX, which has resulted in significant traction with both customers and investors. As we continue to grow and develop our product, we look forward to working with them again. The HyperSense team is highly skilled, reliable, and trustworthy. We highly recommend their services.
Ele Munjeli CEO at Farmers and Robots
5.0★
UI/UX Design Review from Ele Munjeli
My experience with Hypersense came through their Techboost program for startups. I needed help to design a very complex UI/UX for a website dedicated to planning farm operations with agricultural robotics and other advanced networked devices. While I spent a considerable amount of time in the field gathering requirements, I felt overwhelmed by the implications of designing for such a complicated scenario. Hypersense came to the rescue and delivered a beautiful UI with a clear path for the users (farmers) to explore and develop advanced automation across crops and seasons. It took a lot less time than I expected; the team was engaged and asked all the right questions from the get go. That made it easy to let go and trust the pros at the agency with design decisions. As an engineer, I am one to have my hands on every part of my work, but in this case, I found, to my relief, I could just say: do what you think is best. As a result I learned a lot about my own application. The team did not just design wireframes - they designed elegant interactions and workflows that made sense. The UI prototype was styled as well, and the team provided terrific advice on how to upgrade the existing styles for my applications to give them better web appeal and usability. The resulting design is expressive, engaging and inspired. Hypersense provides service that was more than professional - it was personal. I came away from the work with a better sense of what I am building, how to build it, and how the application will be used. I highly recommend Hypersense and will work with them again whenever I have the opportunity.
Jessica Queen CEO at Omedus
5.0★
Cross-Platform Review from Jessica Queen
HyperSense developed a command dashboard for a new wireless medical monitoring device Omedus is creating. Their professionalism and dedication to the project were wonderful. The figma demo they created exceeded our expectations and we have had significant increase in product interest after using their demo with our customers. Omedus would absolutely recommend them for other companies and we plan to continue to engage their services for our own.

How many rounds of revisions are standard?
Most Chicago web design companies build revision limits into their contracts to keep timelines and costs under control. The industry norm is 2-3 rounds of revisions included in the standard scope for a typical web design project. After that, extra edits are usually billed at an hourly rate or as a scope change.
One round lets you refine the initial direction, two rounds help tighten UX, layout, and content, and three rounds are common for complex or larger sites (e.g., multi-page or ecommerce). Clear revision limits also help maintain efficiency while still allowing room for client collaboration and positive feedback throughout the design process.
How long does a web design project take in Chicago?
It can take a few weeks to a year for a web design agency in Chicago to design a website, depending on the site’s complexity and the overall digital strategy guiding the project.
Simple Informational website: 1-4 weeks
Small Business website: 3-8 weeks
eCommerce website: 6-16 weeks
Corporate/Enterprise website: 12-24+ weeks
Custom web application: 16-52+ weeks
Can I manage the site myself after it goes live?
Yes, you can usually manage your website yourself after it goes live. Most modern websites are built with a content management system (CMS) that lets non-developers update content without coding.
A CMS (like WordPress, Drupal, or headless platforms) lets you add/edit pages, publish blog posts, upload images, and update text via a simple dashboard. Typical agency support includes initial training so your team can update content confidently, documentation explaining how to manage your specific site, and optional ongoing support or maintenance plans if you want help with larger changes.
