I really enjoyed working with the TRU team. Overall it has been a great experience. Why? Among the many reasons, you can get hold of who you need to when you need to. For us this was a big deal because we were having to change our marketing strategy as things evolved which sometimes happened weekly. Also they forced our business to plan ahead and not just be reactive which I think allowed us to line up our objectives and vision. And last but not least, they actually listened to us, in the past when I worked with marketing teams some of them just assumed they knew more than you which I found annoying but that wasn't the case with TRU.TRU redid our website and also did retargeting ad campaigns for us.
