Purchased a web site special. Took me a little while to decide what I wanted, they told me I had taken too long making my decision and that I asked too many questions. I decided to cut ties with them and they only refunded me a part payment from what I paid, even though they had done no work. Decided to cut my losses and go elsewhere for better service. Absolute garbage. Promised refunds at ANY time before development phase. This was one of joey's blatant lies. Unfortunately financial and business circumstances i was unable to proceed with my website development. They have since been avoiding contact, making it impossible to correspond, and refuse to refund me a PARTIAL amount of my deposit. Multiple times my website is not live and I can’t access my business emails. My website are not fix for more than 6 months and they avoid my messages and calls. So many excuses from them and they just don’t want to take responsibility for their own mistakes. None of their Invoices have ABN and when I demand their ABN they make another excuse. They will keep taking your money and scamming you.I am now taking a legal action against them to VCAT.
