I worked with this company for about a month. While they list a virtual office address in the USA, they operate entirely from India. Based on publicly available information, including the Texas Secretary of State records, they are not registered as an LLC in Texas. My personal experience included a high level of micromanagement, perceived favoritism towards certain employees, repeated changes to my seating without consideration, and an instance of unprofessional behavior from a colleague, which was reported but not addressed by the company.In my view, this workplace may offer learning opportunities for freshers starting their careers. However, experienced professionals may want to carefully evaluate these factors before making a decision to join.

I had been tasked with moving our radio station website over to better hosting, we were suffering constant database errors and poor performance. Blue Sword came highly recommended and from my very first email exchange, I knew I was dealing with a company who actually cared.The initial agreement was to migrate our website over to suitable VPS hosting and to sort through some minor code issues. As is the case with my life in general, it turned out not to be so simple as the website contained some coding issues. Blue Sword sorted through all the issues and have kept me updated with everything. They went above and beyond in terms of what they promised and delivered; I have received the kind of support and attention that has left me with no doubt I have made the right decision.You can hire 'cheap' developers' on Fiverr and source 'bargain' hosting, not so much of a bargain if nobody can visit your website. This is one of many reasons to go with someone you can actually speak to and to pay for a quality service from a brilliant Scottish company. I cannot rate Blue Sword highly enough. Thanks you so much for all your hard work and here is to many years of working together!
