My personal experience included a high level of micromanagement, perceived favoritism towards certain employees, repeated changes to my seating without consideration, and an instance of unprofessional behavior from a colleague, which was reported but not addressed by the company. In my view, this workplace may offer learning opportunities for freshers starting their careers. However, experienced professionals may want to carefully evaluate these factors before making a decision to join.
