Do not recommend using this company at all. Their references seemed trustworthy, but the 20 month process with them has been abysmal at best.After engaging with Clavax to build a custom greenfield IOS app, we waited over 16 months AFTER our original due date for our "product" to be virtually unusable. Difficult to communicate with, over promise and under deliver on every aspect of project.We have had to spend more money with different companies to repair the broken code that they have put together and it continues to be a thorn in our side.They will bring excuse after excuse for why something does not work, their CEO will blame YOU, THE CLIENT, for the obstacles in project.We have tried to get a refund for breach of contract, inoperable product, corrupt files in repository, late deliveries, however, they refuse to acknowledge any of these issues.

Despite being awarded in unpaid wages by the California Labor Commissioner, SPOC and its leadership have failed to take any responsibility or make good on the judgment.In an effort to resolve the matter amicably and avoid further legal complications, I offered a settlement for just nearly 75% less than what I was legally owed. I was genuinely hoping for a fair resolution and gave every opportunity for SPOC to make things right.Unfortunately, even this generous offer was ignored. Their refusal to own up to their obligations reflects a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. The tasks I attended to were not limited to a specific domain but that only helped in increasing the potential of the job and though challenging, the role was equally rewarding for me.The work atmosphere is very good and the hours are very flexible.All the policies of the company are explained to the employees well in advance so as to avoid any confusion.The only problem that I've come across is that at times, you may have to work a little extra during peak season: like working for a while over the weekend or staying back for a while after working hours. On such occasions, work-life balance would take a hit. Work from home policy helps in these cases, though.I would definitely recommend working at Perceptive Analytics.

I bought my Omnium from these guys and I gotta say it is running smoother than expected. They were not lying in the brochure when they said you would need a large plot of land to set it up, but luckily I had some farm land that only a few people were using. So done with that and on to the wild world of robot production! So far its made a cool robot that turns into a tank for all terrain cruises, a flock of cross-legged floating dudes who are great at cleaning, and a large centaur-ish creature that is more or less a butler for beverages. The Omnium 3D printer is by far the best purchase I have made in the last decade. It even seems to be learning, today it used my name when I walked in! WHAT COULD GO WRONG!?
