Do not do business with this company. My order status has been "out for delivery" for 6 days. I have contacted them 3 times in 3 days. Each time they said to wait to end of business, the respective days. The shipping company they used has no tracking information accessible. Today, I am going to dispute the charge on my card and file a complaint with the Interstate Commerce Commission and my state's Attorney General.

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a retail provider. The item I ordered was never delivered. I have called customer service 12 times and have been promised numerous times that my money would be refunded. After a week of trying to work through this with the company with no success, I have resorted to a public explanation of the incredibly poor service I have received. I intend to dispute the charge with the credit card company and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Do not do business with this company.

Made an order online using promo codes I found on the actual quill website and got a confirmation email. The order was cancelled without any notice or explanation. I called customer service who told me they put in a ticket for further review and that I would be contacted again. Never heard back. Update: I heard back from customer service although not sure I would have without posting a negative review. They were able to honor most of the promo codes I had originally used, however I already made the purchase through another company.
