I didn’t end up staying but Mrs.Jalissa , Mrs.Lisa & Mrs. Valerie were all very welcoming they treat everybody like family & work through any issues you may have going on. The office is very cozy & Jalissa goes out of her way to make sure you understand what you’re being taught!! She gave me the tools that I needed for my next opportunity. Trash company. Gives grief, attitude and 0 information to customers/clients. Even when a call is escalated and they promise to call back, they don't ever call back, causing the office they're servicing to look horrible. They even rudely hang up on customers and clients. I'm unrecommending this call forwarding/after-hours service, it's terrible.Edit: then their media managers think I'm going to use my real name here so they can retaliate lol I don't think so, guys. Nice try. I've made my formal complaint to you guys already, I'm just letting Google know how bad you guys are. You didn't fix the issues I had and still haven't.
