You have to email in hopes that they might respond. We were sent a new phone "equipment" and it didn't come with a power cord. They tried to tell me that is normal. Brand new that isn't normal. They said it gets power from the ethernet cord. So, I tried that, nothing. Been waiting 2 month for the return to be processed, nothing. Box is still sitting on my desk.

      8x8 continues to attempt to charge us $838.16 as a cancellation fee. This cancellation fee should not be charged. We attempted to work with 8x8 to resolve long standing service issues regarding dropped calls, missed calls, call quality and general call technical issues. 8x8 made NO attempt to resolve the issues at hand and we even brought in a technical expert to ensure that our network was not the issue. 8x8 made several contractual breaches throughout the service term. We also never signed a specific contract stating a specific service term. The business claims we signed electronically but we were never told clearly that would be responsible for fees for services that we are not receiving. 8x8 is definitely a scam with regards to charging customers for money and not ensuring that they have the proper working services to support the charges. We would like to have all charges waived at the least and consider a pro-rated refund for service charges which we previously indicated we had continuous call quality issues. It's egregious that your company believes that they can just overcharge customers and not make any contact with them until we show up to cancel your scam service. We would appreciate corporate insight and assistance in this matter as we will take any and all measures necessary to protect our assets and ensure that funds are allocated as delivered. Which in this case the services that 8x8 was contracted to provide they contractually breached by failing to properly deliver phone services at the quality described when we originally signed up for the service. We intend to present any and all findings of fact in our proceedings. Please respond as soon as possible to this complaint before further action is taken as needed.I cannot believe that I actually recommended your service at one point.

This place does not answer their phone calls, and I had no luck getting a response to my emails requesting the prescription. Do not be vulnerable when you call as they clearly do not have the ability to be able to understand from the persons perspective and also twisted my words.       Living on the road and out near Mt Isa, having a specialist Psychiatrist review a patient via Teleconferencing is an excellent and time saving process, face to face visual with consultant and patient, relieves significant stressors and performed in a private environment (from my GP rooms) and the ability to discuss sensitive matters.A rerreal from my GP was booked with zDr Nandam as the next available appoinment. My previous medication used over decades was clearly not helping my Anxiety, panic attacks and workplace bullying.Correspondence to my GP required a Care Plan, wean off current medication, slowly implementing a different pathway medication, three months. A further appointment was made to see Dr Nandam via teleconference. He was very pleased with my outcome.Dr Nandam was very thorough, asking relevant questions and I am very grateful for his professional expertise and assisting Care / advice with my GP.

      Extremely disappointed with the overall service. We only used the service for 3 days and during that time missed approx. 56 calls, at least 28 of these were incoming jobs that were not sent to us to attend. This has been detrimental to the level of service our clients expect, and some will no longer utilise our services.Feedback from our clients was;– Had to provide details several times which was frustrating– Unable to understand the person that answered the call- The afterhours service was in a “class of it’s own”– Extremely unhappy– Phoned 3 times and still no one showed up, have gone elsewhere– The phone line was very poor- The person answering the call could not pronounce our business name correctly.They tried to cover up the loss of jobs with the excuse of an 'IT ERROR', rather than an incompetence error. A service that operates 24 hours a day however they have no IT SUPPORT on a weekend is a baffling concept.We suggested we be compensated for the loss of business and reputation, but this is not being considered. We will not recommend utilising this service, ever.

      Service would be fine for simple things that are not time sensitive or do not need follow up.Initially I was quite shocked with how easy it was to book an appt, only 10 minutes away from actual time. Paid, waited for my video link and 1/2 hr later called. Couldn’t get through on current booking option so chose new booking option and spoke to someone. They told me someone would call me in 1-2hrs. Not what I was expecting. Very quick convo with doc who sent though request for X-ray, so seemed ok. Tried to call several times after to find out results/rebook, etc.. left message, emailed and rang multiple times. Eventually I got an email with results the next day, no follow up. I would not use them again, although the doc did do what was needed.

      Not treated fairly I was sent home today. Was told that my dress sense was to casual even though I was wearing this for 4 weeks and it was pants not tracksuits and wasnt told of then now all of a sudden they have an issue with it, everyone in the team wears runners and trainers and I'm the one that gets sent home. Training not upto Australian standards, allot to learn and expected to know everything In 2 weeks the training should be longer than 2 weeks, as their is allot of information to learn. Allot of training modules that u have to do before u start on the phones and an assessment and if u don't pass upto their standards then they don't want to invest time in you. They claim to have really good support with training which I thought they did but clearly not. I wish I was told this in the interview process that it would be like this then I wouldn't have accepted the job offer.
