⭐ 0, or i wish there was a minus star review⚠️ Serious warning — stay far away from Cloudstaff if you value your business!Our experience with Cloudstaff has been disastrous, and disturbingly, we have now seen other reviews describing exactly the same unacceptable conduct. This is clearly a recurring issue, not a one-off situation.Cloudstaff demanded full advance payment, which we paid in good faith. But what followed was a complete failure on their part. The staff they provided were incompetent, and the retention rate was zero, staff left after a week or two, without notice, causing immense disruption to our operations. The “senior management” changed every few days. Cloudstaff didn’t even bother to inform us that staff had left; we had to ask why no one was showing up!On top of that, they displayed a worrying lack of concern for safety, privacy, and service quality, taking no responsibility for the chaos they created. Before the agreement was signed, they bombarded us with friendly, persistent calls. Once we signed and paid, their tone changed, no response for weeks, and when they finally did respond, it was threatening and unprofessional.When we tried to terminate the agreement due to the significant damage they caused, they ignored the harm done and tried to enforce a so-called “termination notice period”,despite the fact that they had already breached basic professional standards. We had paid them a large sum, with at least $7,000 unused, and instead of refunding this, they now have the audacity to demand even more, fabricating fees and passing the matter to debt collectors!To make matters worse, they engaged EC Credit Control, whose staff also appear to be based offshore and are equally unprofessional. They completely disregard what is discussed on the phone and seem to follow a script with no real understanding of or care for the facts of the situation.We are preparing to take strong legal action and will be involving relevant regulatory authorities to investigate Cloudstaff’s conduct.🚫 Think twice before engaging Cloudstaff. I had the misfortune of choosing Cloudstaff for our staffing. Big mistake on my part. My advice to any accounting firm is to steer clear of Cloudstaff, and look at other options. "Doug Booth's Review Sourced from Google
Their staff retention is very low despite charging us abover market rates, hence staff leaves without notice after a week or 2. They were initialy polite but very abset-minded and we were passed from one manager to another. Communication becase very poor as soon as an agreement was signed (which we asked to correct on 4 occasions as it had errors). The owe us over $2000 advanced payment as we pulled out after a couple of their Filipino staff has disputes with them and left, giving them notice (which was not even passed to us until we asked why they were not showing up).These incidents and the money owed to us were confirmed in emails however they are trying to get a further $7000 from us through EC debt collectors. We did not want to give businesses 1 star reviews or spend our time chasing $2k but the fact that they sold our account to a debt collection agency is gobsmacking.
