I worked at this absolute horrid excuse of a job for 3-4 months. Let me start out with the good; the coaches are awesome, each and every one of them. They try to help as much as possible, but that’s not the issue. The issue is the GM, Katherine Voshell. Katherine claims to be understanding of whatever it is you have going on, whether that be illness, internet outages, so on and so forth but when it comes down to it. She isn’t, you’re just another employee to her. And she was SO quick to fire me when I was out sick, with something my disability causes. Even though, I had given her several doctor’s notes stating that I have a disability. The pay is absolutely horrendous, $7.25 for training (first two weeks) and then $10.00 an hour afterwards isn’t livable in this economy. RUN as fast as you can from this dumpster fire of an organization.

this job should get 0 stars negative 5 if possible this job isnt reliable at all..... so i tried to be fair took unjust treatment for the last two years. they kept switching my schedule from night to day changing my circadian rythym at least 4 times a year til i took a stand and had enough. they botched my pay an made me loose my apartment took my hard earned pto from me i still stayed went down to part time because its obvious either the higher ups didnt like me or they were just tryna push me out. So i make a year part time with them still docking my pay for absolutely nothing. Get down the road and they say hey were changing your schedule (again ) so they take 6 hours of pay from me weekly ask me do i want to switch back to day shift i said no because i go in school and finally got a stable schedule through there ever changing madness and they came back an said the volume was to low an they had to lay me off which i no is a load of crap...... some of the mangers were cool an the fact you got to work from home thats it. stay at your regular job itll save you time energy and a headache. this job should be illegal to have an anyone would benefit from turning the other way. so ill file for unemployment told me i got laid off an i was eligible for rehire.... I politely declined must be a fool to want to go through that again i had bills

I started working with VSA in 2016 after going through three other services over the prior two years. These other services were sole practitioners and very small operations. They lacked oversight and control, something on which VSA is strong. In other words, the work gets done.And when the work is done there are positive results.The communications is excellent (Michele is great), they are flexible to my client’s ever changing schedules, and the feedback from those with whom they set appointments for me is positive (about the caller and their demeanor). To the person on the other end of the call it seems the caller is part of my business, which means they are very professional. I highly recommend VSA, and have recommended them to others.

I have the same experiance as the other review. Sent a unit back and never recieved a replacement. Got ahold of Neal Topf the "CEO". He let me know he would find out what was going on and not sure how it got esclated to him, told me he would give a update good or bad. He has ghosted every single one of my calls. Not sure if thats how you properly run a business but seems like less of a headache to just answer the phone than have me call every single day. Would not recomend dealing with this company what so ever.

This call center company is a scam. They handle warranties for Black & Decker. I shipped them my broken AC (Still under the 5-year warranty), which they received 2 months ago, and they refuse to ship me the replacement. The Callzilla call center is useless and will lie to you. They have blocked my number & won't respond to emails. I'll never purchase anything Black & Decker again as the "warranty" is a lie and they will take your property and refuse to replace it.
