Review averages are so high because they buried mine and I'm sure others. They really burned their investors and showed their lack of confidence in the internal sell off. Momentum was going so good. Only to be smashed by internal sell offs. Hello, average salary for a CEO in the U.S. is $885,000. I guess at big bear they think it should be $10M in stock before they even execute and make profits. That's why under 20% is institutional. You have to care about external investment as much as your own. Disgraceful.

B6 Ventures has been working with JJC Systems on a variety of projects and their service is top-notch. They go above and beyond in their efforts to help us. They were able to quickly troubleshoot an issue with one of our ChromeOS devices the night before Thanksgiving that saved us a client relationship.In a separate instance, they were able to quickly resolve an emergency outage for one of our client’s Office 365 email. Their knowledge and expertise in this area was evident, and they were able to get our client back up and running in less than 1-hour.JJC Systems is currently helping us with a tenant to tenant migration as we exit the MSP sector. They have been a great partner in this process, and have been incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process.Overall, we highly recommend JJC Systems to anyone in need of managed service provider support. We had a great initial project with Ameex before they were purchased by Perficient. Post-support was slow, but acceptable, however as time went on, I stopped getting the level of communication and time itemization I was accustomed to. With Perficient taking over, things devolved pretty quickly, and despite multiple conversations with my account manager - nothing changed, even after bumping up hours to have more dedicated resources. Ultimately, I cancelled the contract this year. Disappointing because their team/work was stellar (and the development team is still solid) before, but the simple asks were continually ignored, and over time, I lost trust that I was getting the hours agreed upon.Towards the end, there was also what felt like a lot of gaslighting of my concerns, and outside of an initial project, I cannot recommend Perficient for ongoing support.Edit: I'm now bumping this to a 1 Star because I've spent the last 3 weeks digging into code and it's one questionable decision after another. Really poor.

Literally one of the worst companies that ever takes any interview. Asks technical questions that are completely irrelevant to the client requirements and are extremely rude and condescending, and also expect you to write coding solutions for their questions under 5 minutes. Next time their recruiters start calling me again, I’m blocking them

If the position is not available, please do not schedule interviews, as it wastes the candidate’s time. Similarly, if you feel a resume is not suitable, kindly avoid proceeding with the interview.It seems either the recruiter has not reviewed the profile properly or the hiring manager has not given clear requirements. This reflects poorly on the recruitment process. Ideally, profiles should be screened carefully, and only those that match the role should be invited for a face-to-face interview.I hope the recruitment process improves, as currently there is no proper update or communication regarding interview.
