On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Beware of this company. In March 2023 they claimed to have some "billing error" that dated back to July 2021, and they would "audit" and charge what they decided to be needed... despite that I'd been paying what I'd agreed to every month. They came up with the number $267.92 (a lot considering the average monthly was around $35). I tried calling multiple times but never got a person nor a callback from my messages. I also wrote them several emails. Despite my attempts to let them know it isn't right to charge a customer a fee I never agreed to, they charged me anyway and they successfully won the credit card dispute as well.I've since discovered there are many better (and more inexpensive) backup options, so I've moved elsewhere. But anyone considering MMIT should reconsider. Just read the rest of the reviews to realize this isn't a one-off issue.. this is a pattern of behavior. It isn't right, and they know it, but they apparently have no shame about it either.

The response time of the Troinet team is amazing! During the most recent storm (Isaias), our Eltingville office lost most of its power for several days. Our server connection was initially lost and we were in a panic! My son and I recently started a new business creating a holistic experience for end of life care and additional supportive services such as housecleaning,respite and dog walking. Our business model is completely remote and while we had the manpower to write the code and set us up in our home office so that everything was at the tip of our fingers, we were woefully disappointed with the cyber support we received from the various vendors. A friend recommended Cyber Duo with the explanation that they provide comprehensive it support, security and data management all in one. So essentially my son and his friends are no longer the IT department. Now I have a real company that I can call day or night when I think my system has been compromised. I have someone to call when Gen X tendencies kick in and i magically crash the computer or have unintelligible code instead of the file I was trying to open all over my screen. CyberDuo managed to sync and simultaneously protect and the fancy technology that we are using in one short afternoon for what I consider to be a wholly reasonable price and considering the peace of mind they’ve given me it’s worth and I would pay much more. They are always available if we need them but once they had us up and running we just haven’t! Highly recommend Cyber Duo!

Zeta Sky replaced our previous IT company about a year ago. With the help of Zeta Sky, we moved seamlessly to a cloud-based platform in a very short, cost-efficient manner. The cloud-based platform has added significant value to our business and allowed employees and contractors to work remotely without the need to "remote in" on local computers in our offices. Also, the cloud-based system enabled the firm to move off of 20-plus services and leave all 20-plus servers behind. The firm suffered zero "down time" during the move because of the cloud-based system. Now that the firm is on the cloud, I no longer deal with daily IT headaches. Moreover, our IT costs have decreased significantly.Zeta Sky's customer service is second to none. Although IT issues are infrequent since the move to the cloud platform, when a team member experiences IT issues, Zeta Sky's support staff responds immediately. Zeta Sky's support does not end at 5 pm; they are available at almost every hour of every day.Zeta Sky has also moved the firm into a more secure IT environment with layers of safety protocols and security programs. Zeta Sky has provided training to our team members and explained important safety measures to keep the firm's data safe. I am confident our firm's data is far more secure than it was before we moved to Zeta Sky for all of our IT services.We highly recommend Zeta Sky for all IT services.

Despite being awarded in unpaid wages by the California Labor Commissioner, SPOC and its leadership have failed to take any responsibility or make good on the judgment.In an effort to resolve the matter amicably and avoid further legal complications, I offered a settlement for just nearly 75% less than what I was legally owed. I was genuinely hoping for a fair resolution and gave every opportunity for SPOC to make things right.Unfortunately, even this generous offer was ignored. Their refusal to own up to their obligations reflects a serious lack of accountability and professionalism. Employees and contractors should be aware of how this company handles financial and legal responsibilities.If you're considering working with or for SPOC, I strongly encourage you to exercise caution and do your due diligence

This has to be one of my worst experiences with customer service. I submit a helpdesk ticket weekly and have never received a timely response, let alone a response within the time span that is promised. I currently have a simple request that has been outstanding since June 12th with John Arriga. Not only is the entire team inept at professional and timely communication but there seems to be a true lack of knowledge around technology. Troubleshooting can take hours and oftentimes doesn't end in resolution so it results in me traveling to a brick and mortar IT support shop where I've found, on 2 separate occasions, my issues solved. I highly encourage anyone in need of tech support to look elsewhere.
