Arnie is a superhuman with superpowers! If I could, I’d give Arkadian Cybersecurity six stars. I lost my SSD with my whole system and all my music files and scores — and he brought it all back. I have been using ProTek IT Solutions for over 10 years now. They came in and solved a major issue remotely that two other local firms in Las Vegas were unable to resolve. They have been handling all of our IT on a remote basis since that time. I only had them physically in my office once since I started utilizing their services in 2014. They are intelligent, they know what they are doing and our computers and servers function fantastic 99.9% of the time. It is still frustrating that other .1% of the time when we have issues, but ProTek jumps in and handles it right away. I highly recommend the use of their services.

It started when Matt Nadelson called to ask if he could come a half-hour early. That alone separates Computer Camaraderie from most in-house appointments with people coming late and not always calling to say they'll be late. I had a total disaster after Best Buy's Geek Squad installed a new computer for me. It opened a new Microsoft installation with a new name, and it named me as Administrator, both without informing me or letting me know the new names. Several rescue tries with other organizations only resulted in the disappearance of everything, probably into the cloud although I didn't know how to retrieve them from there. My financial and medical and other info for the past 35 years were apparently gone. I was then referred here. They were very patient and helped me, even though I was finally resigned to never seeing my files again. Finally, though, Bryan managed to find my things. Everything's in different places now, and I've spent the past week trying to arrange the stuff to my liking, but it's back! I don't have to try to find my back taxes if they're needed! It's an enormous weight off my back. I highly recommend this business.

Top notch all the way! Professional yet personable. Extremely good at what they do (Mac or PC) and they explain everything in a way I can understand. VQIS does remote monthly maintenance on my work laptop (windows), as well as takes care of my family’s non-work iMacs when we have issues. Outstanding! First time customer and needed a repair on my older Buffalo NAS storage system which has been inaccessible for the past month+. This was an older unit that was probably on its last legs. Technician Cristian came out and did not give up, even when things were looking pretty dire. Ultimately, after about 90 minutes, he was able to both diagnose the problem, and got the NAS accessible once again. Whew!! I was impressed as these folks obviously understand more than just computers, they are networking experts. It’s always impressive when a company under-promises, and over-delivers. This company was referred to me by my longtime printer in the deer Valley Airpark area, who also has had great success with them. The technician had a superb demeanor, and even though this was a relatively small job at my home office, I was treated professionally and cannot recommend Parkside Tech highly enough.

These people need to be stopped. Be very wary of them being in charge of your backups. They also set up your office in ways that make 0 sense. Instead of just doing a dedicated hdmi cable, they installed a weird cat 5 switch that we've been having issues with. The back of the computer had two hdmi ports. There was absolutely no reason to put in a switch besides charging more to add one. The tv's constantly go out do to their stupidity. I've been on hold for an hour to do a simple remote access connection. This is the 3rd time I've had to do this in the last month. In fact, I'm writing this review because i'm sick of waiting and gonna hang up again now. In the past, I had a team member request for IT Support and it took them 4 days to get remote access back up. We called multiple times and were on hold for 3 hours multiple times. The solution? Oh, that remote desktop was a little out of date and we needed to switch out the application (took 5 minutes). They've been understaffed for about a year. Part of IT is setting you up with a dedicated email support. If you don't have a business e-mail set up it hamstrings you and your team. If you do sign up with this team make sure you ask them for support with this but it's been 3 years and it's been a continual problem for us. Positive: They're cheap. You do get what you pay for though.
