We have our Microsoft 365 set up through JourneyTeam. Have not needed assistance in a long time, perhaps never. However, needed help today as all of my Microsoft applications stopped working despite our subscription still being in effect (I double-checked this). CANNOT GET THROUGH TO A PERSON TO GET ASSISTANCE GOING ON 3 HOURS> HAVE BEEN UNABLE TO GET THROUGH TO ANYONE - not sales, not support, not anyone. Absolute clown show.

On May 6, 2024, I walked into the ER emergency room on St. Mark's Hospital, which is the nurse she was not really hopeful. Asking for the doctor, she said he's not available for you. Asking for insert medication, she said, I do not have a virus. When I did ask her my third question about five days notes for my work to be off, she said she can't give me more than two days. At the end, they paid me And when I refused to pay that bill, they sent me to debt collection I called billing department, they said we can't do nothing for you. When I called billing collection, they said, do you have to go resolve this issue with St. Mark's billing?

Arnie is a superhuman with superpowers! If I could, I’d give Arkadian Cybersecurity six stars. I lost my SSD with my whole system and all my music files and scores — and he brought it all back. Arnie recovered everything and made my setup look and work exactly like before. On top of that, he got it running with my older Mac, which had been a total headache before. Following a cold call from a Datavox account rep who made grandiose claims of being the one stop solution for all my IT needs in any situation, I decided to give them a try on a large but simple rural mixed residential/commercial security, IT, and connectivity project to see just how well they performed and to gauge their responsiveness. In the event things went well I indicated I would consider them to manage my entire in-town multi-site IT process soup to nuts. Of course, the account rep was beyond excited to land an account like this and after a site visit to the rural project and encouraging discussion about solutions and start times, I was confused when I didn't receive any followup. When I decided to reach out to the rep by email, it went unanswered. When I called I didn't get an answer, but was quickly called back. After speaking to the rep, I was informed the VP decided this was not a project for them and "the guy" who handles these projects was out and they didn't know when he would be back. I was truly shocked at this 180 turn of events, the reliance on "one guy" for an entire arm of service, and the lack of communication. I own and run a small business where customer service is a priority. It appears this organization wasn't interested in satisfying all of my IT requirements and only the ones convenient to them. Truly unfortunate as I would have been a great client... assuming they actually did what they claimed they could accomplish. Truly disappointing and incredibly unprofessional in my opinion. So I am on the hunt again for a more reliable and professional firm to handle all of my IT needs.

We have been working with Invenio IT for about 7 years now. They support of Datto backup system and their support is nothing but the best. They have been great helping set everything up and since then, we just monitor the backups and really have nothing to do as it has been running flawlessly. We an rare issue do occur, I can contact Dale at anytime (I mean anytime, he had answer the phone like 2 am) and he will help in anything I need, whether to spin up a virtual server when one of our production server goes down or we get an error on one of the backups and he looks into it and either resolve it or give us the solution to resolve it. Also, when we needed to upgrade our Datto system, they really go out of their way to give you the best deal which should have cost us a lot but Dale came through and we have been backing up flawlessly. Overall, Invenio IT has great support and always there when you need them. I will recommend them to anyone and I will take them anywhere I go. Thank you Invenio IT, especially to Dale Shulmistra!
