Unfortunately, there are no small, green omnipotent children, nor are there forest rangers, but there are a lot of smart people here and it kinda looks like an academic building in terms of architectural style. Just think twice before throwing a handful of leaves at someone. However, there are sentient fungi here, so take that as you will.

Absolute Non-Delivery and Ignorance of Client Needs - Legal Steps Being TakenI rarely write reviews, but my experience with Sumeru Inc. so abysmal that I feel compelled to warn others. I contracted this company for a high-value project, expecting professional and timely delivery as per their promises. What I received was nothing short of a disaster.Non-Delivery: Despite repeated assurances and deadlines, not only was the project delayed, but what was eventually sent was incomplete and of such poor quality that it was entirely unusable.Financial Duress: The sum charged for this project was exorbitant, especially considering that nothing of value was delivered. Payments were demanded under threats of halting the project, which now feels like outright extortion. No Source Code: Contrary to what was agreed upon, no source code files were provided, rendering any potential fixes or improvements impossible.Refund Ignored: Upon confronting them about these issues and asking for a refund, I was met with complete silence. My messages have been ignored, forcing me to take legal action. This has been a costly and time-consuming ordeal. I strongly advise against engaging with Sumeru Inc. Their lack of professionalism, poor execution, and complete disregard for their clients' needs are alarming. I am now in the process of taking legal steps to recover my losses.

Frequently Asked Questions About Digital Marketing Agencies in Los Angeles
What services do digital marketing agencies in Los Angeles offer?
Digital marketing companies in Los Angeles provide a comprehensive range of services that support a business’s online growth. These typically span brand development and strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), local SEO, paid advertising, and social media marketing.
Many also cover email marketing, content marketing, performance marketing, web design and development, conversion rate optimization (CRO), digital PR/online reputation management, and AI engine optimization (AEO).
Typically, these Los Angeles digital marketing services include market research, data analytics, attribution, and revenue reporting.
What industries do they specialize in?
Digital Marketing agencies in Los Angeles specialize in a diverse range of industries due to the city’s large and dynamic economy. These are the most common sectors they serve:
Media and entertainment: With the presence of Hollywood and major streaming studios, like Netflix, many local agencies have strong capabilities in video production, creator activations, and launch campaigns.
Tech: Often associated with Silicon Beach, LA agencies frequently support tech companies with demand generation, lead nurturing, and product marketing, particularly for high-growth or venture-backed businesses.
Retail: The LA Fashion District is a city landmark, attracting both major brands and startups. Because of this, many local agencies are skilled in Google Shopping, Amazon Ads, eCommerce SEO for platforms like Shopify, and retargeting campaigns.
Real estate: Known for its residential spots like Beverly Hills, Malibu, and Bel Air, Los Angeles marketing companies are experts in producing geo-targeted campaigns that combine strong creatives with high-intent targeting and lead nurturing.
How much do their services cost?
On average, Los Angeles digital marketing services cost between $100 and over $300 per hour, depending on marketing campaign type, scope, complexity, duration, current performance, and target niche.
However, the most common engagement models offered by Los Angeles digital marketing companies are monthly retainers that fall among these pricing tiers:
Basic retainer packages: $1,500-$3,500 per month, often covering 1-2 channels only
Mid-tier retainer packages: $3,500-$7,500 per month, encompassing marketing strategy development and multi-channel campaigns
Comprehensive retainer packages: $7,500-$30,000+ per month, involving more aggressive tactics across multiple channels
Some digital agencies in Los Angeles bill using a project-based pricing model, ranging from $3,000 to $30,000. Others quote using a performance-based model, typically charging between 5% and 15% of ad revenue.
When should you work with a full-service Los Angeles digital marketing company or a specialist agency?
The type of digital marketing agency you should work with will rely on your team’s capabilities, marketing goals, and campaign mix.
