If zero stars were an option, that is what I would leave.I enrolled with Revenx under a 3-month agreement targeting 20 appointments per month, including a 50% no-show replacement policy and a 100% replacement policy for prospect-canceled appointments.During the first month, I experienced duplicate appointments, cancellations, no-shows, appointments scheduled outside timelines discussed with management, and prospects who did not intend to book or were unaware of the appointment.Revenx maintains that 29 appointments were provided. However, after reviewing the appointment records and discussing the account with management, only 6 appointments resulted in valid attended meetings. This discrepancy led management to review my account, acknowledge concerns, and establish revised expectations for fulfillment and replacements.I did not initially request termination. Management established a timeline for improvement. Only after those expectations were not met did management recommend ending the relationship, stop future billing, cancel future drafts, and waive termination fees.The dispute became about unresolved appointments and application of the replacement policies. Revenx and I disagreed on how appointments should be counted and whether additional appointments or refunds were owed.During settlement discussions, I was asked to agree to a non-disparagement provision. I declined because I believe customers should be able to leave truthful reviews. After declining that provision, discussions ended, and Revenx declined to fulfill what I believe were the remaining appointments owed or provide refund consideration.While I appreciate that future billing was stopped, I do not believe the services delivered matched the expectations presented during the sales process.
