Our needs for a website are relatively simple, as we’re a business-to-business startup: we need portals for announcements, a growing line of products, and our capabilities. Purelynx created our site using WordPress.When we updated our logo late last year, we hired a graphics designer to develop the logo from the initial concept and then implement it on the website. As he was also a web developer, we switched site management from Purelynx to him. Unfortunately, the branding update stretched from weeks to months and, once implemented, had frequent major problems, from the site going down to images disappearing.In a panic, we switched back to Purelynx. Sujatha jumped in to quickly solve the issues, multiple times, until the site was rid of the nefarious bugs that had plagued us.Kudos to Sujatha for the quick response to restore the site.
