I have worked with many different SEO contractors and agencies over the last ten years, and none have ever possessed the level of knowledge, expertise and professionalism as this agency. Siege has carried the burden of the SEO work of three separate brands and websites for my company for over 5 years. They have helped my team formulate SEO strategies and also taken direction when we've given it to them. Their efforts have delivered considerable outcomes for my websites by increasing traffic, driving quality backlinks, and helping my websites rank high for revenue-driving keywords. All decision-making and content production is backed by data - nothing is ever done randomly. They are also not proprietary about their methods or knowledge. Most of what I know about SEO, including content marketing and technical SEO, has come from the explanations and training materials provided by their team. Their staff are incredibly organized, prompt and flexible. I couldn't recommend them more as an SEO partner, and I've never met an agency or service provider who surpassed them.

Very disappointed in Siege Media, was 2x ghosted on an enterprise level SEO project. If you all have that many $20,000/month clients banging down your door more power to you, BUT I wasted a lot of time with this agency. In summary, I was hoping to work with one of the "best" link building agencies and reached out, they quickly set up an intro call which we did (~45 minutes) and then I was told to expect a proposal in ~5 business days, which after ~9 business days and zero communication of any kind (first ghosting), I reached out to ask and they replied "they were so sorry and would make it up to us" and then asked when we could schedule a meeting to review the proposal. We set a time, agreed to it, and then they never bothered to even send a calendar invite (second ghost). Why take the intro call and set these expectations when you have no intention of following through? Why make the client manage your sales process? Honestly, if you are an enterprise level organization seeking a real SEO agency (even one who can literally just send simple emails), keep looking as this ain't it. Big waste of time and major disappointment in the lack of comms and follow through.

Zachary and his team at FIG are top notch. I hired them to run an advertising campaign for an event our agency was doing in the Denver market, and from first reaching out to them to after our event was wrapped they were exceptional.
