Just renewed my lease - I love this building! The location is literally perfect you’re right in the middle of everything, and it has a unique boutique-feel compared to other buildings in the area. Repairs are usually done by the next day and we just got new security entry technology which is a huge plus. All my neighbors are chill asf. Great place to live

Absolutely do not hire this business. I hired Amber in Nov 2022 to do a refresh on our website and logo. Things started well, but took a quick turn downhill. What work she did produce needed a tremendous amount of editing and reworking. We had a deadline of completion of March 2023, and when that deadline came - we received nothing from Amber. No work, no communication. Nothing. We called, emailed, and still no response. I finally booked a meeting with her through her online calendar so we could at least talk, and when we met, she told us she had experienced "executive overload" and was too overwhelmed to do work. Not professional.Trying to give her the benefit of the doubt, we established a new timeline for project completion with the commitment of open communication moving forward. Unfortunately, none of that happened. She missed more deadlines and did not communicate anything to us about why or when she would be getting the project completed. We were forced to abandon ship in May 2023, 6 months after we had hired her and 3 months past the project deadline. When we asked Amber to uphold the "100% customer satisfaction guarantee or your money back" policy she has clearly listed on her website, all we heard was a bunch of double talk about how that policy doesn't apply to our contract. FYI there is no language in our contract that would exclude us from that policy. She became passive aggressive in her communication and that has no place in this world, let alone business.Now we are out $875 and lost a lot of time trying to get Amber to do the job she was contracted for. So, if you are looking for a lot of headaches and frustration with no work being produced, this is the business for you. If not, keep looking. If I could post zero stars I would.

After 48 hours and no response, I resent the email on a Friday and waited until Monday afternoon and with still no response I called. The video is probably the most important element of any crowdfunding campaign, and Eric and Heather did a phenomenal job in all aspects of the production. After only a couple quick discussions about what I was looking for, they zeroed in on the most important messages I needed to convey for my products and they created an incredible story board that not only put my nerves to rest, but ensured the day of our shoot went smoothly. Through every step of working with them, from concept definition through filming and editing, they were the best mix possible of ultra-professional and easy to get along with, all while holding themselves to impeccable production standards. My Kickstarter campaign was fully funded in less than 3 days, and the video was a huge driver in achieving that goal. Whatever type of video you need to create, I can’t recommend Hybrid Moon enough!

We've been working with FSA for over a year now and are incredibly happy with their work! They go above and beyond to provide clear explanations and education on all they're doing with our Facebook ads. It starts become a horrible company under Laura's ownership, when David left. Larua secretly remove my own Facebook business page access and want to charge me money, we have already no longer under contract with them, and she kept sending bills to us.We have contacted Laura dozen time regarding this issue, never gotten a response but a invoice for non service period.Stay away from this company, you have better chance working with David, but definitely stay away from Laura.
