Just renewed my lease - I love this building! The location is literally perfect you’re right in the middle of everything, and it has a unique boutique-feel compared to other buildings in the area. Repairs are usually done by the next day and we just got new security entry technology which is a huge plus. All my neighbors are chill asf. Great place to live

We've been working with FSA for over a year now and are incredibly happy with their work! They go above and beyond to provide clear explanations and education on all they're doing with our Facebook ads. A good agency only if you have huge capital. The owner is understanding and helps you out a lot but will ditch you for days out of nowhere. Any deadline you have set for any task is definitely going to be delayed. If you have good understanding of the market and good capital to pump you'll be attained properly and replied on time otherwise won't.
