My overall experience with Infotree was a mix of positives and areas for improvement. On the plus side, the team did a great job securing and scheduling my interview quickly, which I appreciated. However, communication could’ve been more streamlined—at times, I received multiple calls from different people about the same issue, which felt excessive and a bit overwhelming. Additionally, the post-offer process felt somewhat inefficient, especially having to resend documents due to internal visibility gaps that weren’t communicated early on. I believe a more coordinated approach would enhance the candidate experience.

But beyond that, don’t expect much. For the price, I’m sure there are cheaper options that deliver the same (or even better) level of service.I wish I had gone with a provider that actually offers hands-on support and clear explanations, because FirstBase made an already overwhelming process feel even harder.

Incompetent interviewers. The worse interview I've had from inexperienced recruiters. I felt as though I was being interrogated in what was supposed to have been a mock interview session, so I was told by the interviewer Mike. Tatiana had a resting dead look on her face the entire time throughout the interview. No personality whatsoever or proper interviewing skills. Mike thought I was lying when I mentioned that the company I was interviewing for manufactured washer/dryers through Bosch. He immediately told Tatiana to go and research this information to determine if it was accurate, never mind the fact that I mentioned that one of Bosch's manufacturing plant is located in my hometown as well as the company that makes parts for them. I definitely know this to be true. Tatiana returned back with inaccurate information that the company sold its stock back to Bosch in the 90s. However, she lefted out the fact that the company still sells washer/dryers that is still manufactured through Bosch and the said company is a brand under the same umbrella as Bosch. Mike and Tatiana were rude and a compete waste of my time. I was well suited and over qualified for the entry level role for which I was interviewing. It was just unfortunate to have had been mishandled by inept, undiscerning recruiters. I decided to apply to the actual company directly. I don't recommend using this staffing agency.

Long overdue review but I worked with Sheri Sakin and my experience was subpar in comparison to other temp agencies in NYC. She was very pushy in trying to get me to leave my job for another job. Ultimately, I got hired under a temp to perm position, but the perm aspect never came after 11 months of working there with no bad reviews. There was very poor communication with me on that. There was never a check in to see how I was doing while in the job. I was placed in a toxic, prejudice, environment. After getting abruptly let go bc they "did not have the budget" to make me a full-time hire, Sheri sent me two other interviews and when those companies decided to hire internally, or just not get back to me, she blamed ME lol. Saying my confidence on the interviews wasn't there (untrue), andthen I wasn't sent anymore jobs. I am currently happily employed (this was a year ago) as a full-time hire by my own merit but it's been on my spirit to write an honest review about my experience with Solomon Page. Again, I have worked with other agencies and they were much more caring than this seemed. It's like once they drop you at a job there's no follow up to see if it's a good fit.
I had an unprofessional experience with Solomon Page during my application for a senior property manager position. The recruiters were aggressive, questioned my extensive real estate experience and educational background, and talked over me during interviews. The process was disorganized, with multiple unnecessary Zoom interviews, and after four interviews, I was rejected via a brief text message. Additionally, the recruiter was uninterested in hearing about my experience or criteria for my next employer, focusing instead on promoting the employer without providing details about the benefits package. Too many years of the industry, I was able to find out a lot of different Different information about the employer, all such as their delinquencies their poor management of funds whenever I poked at this information and try to get a more clear answer of what was happening with the employer on the previous employee that had lasted only eight months there everything was very cagie.Overall, the process was disrespectful and poorly managed.Felt like talking to used cards salesz

I’m a social worker with years of frontline case management experience, and the role they contacted me about aligned well with my background.The hiring process that followed was deeply disappointing.After applying and preparing for the interview, I discovered that Peak Performers had also recruited another candidate from my own office — a brand-new caseworker who knew I was applying for the same job. This is someone I had been helping train: reviewing their case notes, showing them how to approach the work, and often correcting mistakes in their documentation. While knowing we were competing for the same position, they asked me how I would approach the job, what resources I would use, and how I would handle the role. In hindsight, it created an incredibly uncomfortable and inappropriate dynamic that never should have existed in the first place.For an agency that claims to focus on placing people with disabilities, sending a non-disabled candidate from the same workplace to compete for the same role raises serious questions about how committed they actually are to that mission.The preparation for the interview was also inconsistent. I received extensive prep material with potential questions, while the other candidate reportedly received little more than a note to “arrive 15 minutes early.” Meanwhile, I had to leave a client meeting at the shelter where I work and rush across town to make the interview. Anyone balancing PTSD and ADHD knows how much extra mental bandwidth that kind of day requires.Ironically, the interview itself went well. It ran long, the panel kept asking questions, and the conversation felt thoughtful and engaged.What happened afterward was even more troubling.Once I learned that the other candidate had been hired, I contacted Peak Performers to raise concerns about the situation — specifically about recruiting two people from the same office while one had access to the other’s preparation and strategy. Their response was an email saying the situation was “under investigation,” followed by a statement that they were reviewing my eligibility for future placements — as if raising legitimate concerns somehow made me the problem.That response said everything.For an organization that publicly positions itself as an advocate for workers with disabilities, the handling of this situation felt dismissive and backwards. Instead of addressing the structural problem they created, the tone of the response suggested the issue was the person who spoke up.In the end, the experience felt careless, poorly managed, and completely disconnected from the mission they claim to represent. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Peak Performers to anyone expecting professionalism or genuine advocacy for people with disabilities.
I feel so blessed to have encountered peak performers several years ago! I have only 100% positive interactions. If you aren’t sure you should work with them let this be your sign too. Not only has peak performers provided me the best work opportunities, they have continued to re engage me for new positions when one ends. Sadly some recruiters at different staffing agencies might ghost you if you fail to secure a position you interviewed for, but not peak performers! I'm doubling down on review to say that PeakPerformers does not care about helping individuals with disabilities find potential jobs. In my 2 months of being registered in their systems, I have been ghosted by one recruiter and only been reached out to when I left my first negative review, to tell me I should stop trying to apply to the jobs on their site because I don't have qualifications for them, and that they have no jobs, because I don't qualify for them because of lack of degree and experience.They are grifters who use the disabled community to make themselves sound better, they do not care about reaching out about potential jobs or even updating their job databases. You will often see the same jobs posted for weeks at a time, and only about 8 jobs at a time. Non of which most people with disabilities are going to qualify for. The jobs they have on their site are intermediate to high experience state level jobs like engineer, senior project developer, net developers etc.I would only suggest working with PeakPerformers if you have high state level experience, otherwise if you are disabled and just need something to help you get ahead, they will be of no use to you, and do nothing but tell you they can't help you. Even if you qualify for the jobs they keep posted, I wouldn't suggest using them, because they don't provide any sort of accommodations to disabled people or priority. You can do better finding those types of jobs on your own, without the unreliable middleman that is PeakPerformers.These people are grifters, who use disabled people to help themselves look better. They should be ashamed of themselves, I know they aren't, but they definitely should be. They've literally been no help to me. If you are a disabled individual who is seeking a place in this hard and grueling job market, you deserve better than PeakPerformers, I would suggest TWC.Edit: I don't know how they do it, but they are actively hiding my negative review to protect their grift.

What a horrible experience with this company. As a contractor, you are told the payment should be made in 8-10 business days, then no money comes in. I am still waiting for payment only to be told there's a lag that should have been caught. I've been speaking to the agents almost everyday and you get blanket shallow responses.
Easily one of the worst experiences I've had working with a payment tech provider. Came to them on the recommendation of ADP and chose to work with them because their pricing was more competitive than Deel, but I can assure you the savings is NOT worth 30x the headaches you can expect working with Globalization Partners. During the onboarding I was continually told how great the customer service is compared to Deel. I can also assure you that is NOT my experience. The live chat support is simply a warm body who knows absolutely nothing except for how to file a support ticket on your behalf so that someone who might know what to do can chime in. It takes FOREVER for your contractors to get their payment. It's been 11 days now since I approved payment for one of my contractors. It took 7 days for the payment to to be marked as "Paid" in their system (even though they drafted my account the same day I approved the invoice). 4 days later the contractor has still not received payment. Just awful service. Save yourself the hassle and pay the extra $ that Deel charges. Your blood pressure will thank you for it.
I usually try and refrain from these types of reviews as I understand the unexpected challenges of running a business as an entrepreneur myself but this experience has been absolutely unacceptable. Any type of communication has been reactive and not proactive and I have staff members waiting on payments that I sent to them WEEKS ago. They had an option to pay contractors by connecting with Wise which was seamless but the moment they got greedy and chose to use their own bank transfer process everything became a disaster. Nobody seems to know what is going on but the only thing certain is they have my money and my staff is upset with me because they haven't received payment. I am left to deal with the after effects of their negligence and no sort of recourse has been offered. Highly disappointing.
