This is the worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. They were very quick to act and get us signed up and start payroll. Once they had us, things fell apart very quickly. They have no communication, no follow-through and are very inaccurate with their payroll. One of the first payroll files we sent to them, they calculated minutes worked as hours worked. We have been waiting over a month to get our Quickbooks import file from them. The bottom line is, save yourself the headache and stay away from this company.

I don't actually have any affiliation or connection to this company at all. I wanted to write this review because they helped me in a situation with a recent restaurant closure that they did business with. I had a gift card with the restaurant that had a substantial balance on it. They fought for me and worked with the owner of the closed restaurant to get that gift card transferred to a usable gift card and they didn't have to do that at all. Working with Insperity has been very frustrating for me as others have said. As a service provider, I am bothered by the lack of communication, the very slow responses, only communicating over email. No one is available by phone. They have deducted money from my income, without warning or due process, for benefit changes. They have made no attempt to aid me in correcting a mistake on a misleading form and they have sent screen shots of legal documents instead of treating me like a human and simply listening to, and making an attempt to assist their customer.

When ever I inquired about the start date, they would never give me a clear answer.After interviewing with them and being told verbally that they wanted to proceed with me, they never extended an official job offer with terms and conditions of the position I would be working. They wanted me to undergo there background screening process before accepting an actual offer.When I decided to proceed, my background check was put on hold because they didn’t have an official start date. Why interview applicants if you don’t have a start date?!It has been several days of me waiting for a response regarding my background and they just now emailed me a load of nonsense.I understand that there are discrepancies on my background because of bad decisions I made in the past when I was 18 years old but that does not mean that I can’t have the opportunity to make a living.I honestly feel that they should give me the opportunity to provide a personal statement and not just automatically disqualify me without giving me a proper chance.Insperity, you just lost a great future employee because of your disgusting hiring standards!

I switched to Acrisure when my old broker didn’t carry the insurance I needed after buying a new home. That previous broker was fantastic, they felt like my team. But from day one with Acrisure, I felt like a burden, or resented. When I switched insurance companies to Allstate (which doesn’t use 3rd party brokers), I contacted Acrisure to inform them and complete paperwork ensuring a smooth transition. Acrisure failed to cancel with my prior insurance company (AAA) after I sent a cancellation request alongside my declarations page showing proof of new insurance. This meant my homeowner’s insurance was double paid — my mortgage company paid AAA out of escrow and I had to pay Allstate out of pocket to avoid cancellation — and while I was ultimately reimbursed by AAA, it cost me time and energy, not to mention an unpleasant surprise. Acrisure asked me to send them proof of new insurance again—that the absence of that is why this mistake happened. Okay — maybe I forgot. I sent the proof. Then found the email from several months prior where I’d sent that same proof of insurance, and a request for cancellation, while on the phone with the agent.Now, after 20 years with perfect credit,I’m finding AAA has reported me delinquent on some aspect of my insurance policy with them, despite the fact that car insurance was on auto pay and home insurance was coming out of escrow. What is the point of having a third party broker agent if they not only don’t help — my agent was seriously unhelpful from day one — but actually cause more problems that cost time and money. I would strongly *not* recommend working with Acrisure, at least not out of Michigan offices. They lack training and culture on how to provide customer service, and don’t follow through.If you live in SE MI, the Korotkin team are great brokers and agents. And if you can’t work with them, Allstate has been fantastic and proactive and very helpful in resolving issues caused by the Acrisure issues.

Headcount is the best back-office support management company around. We have been working with them since 2010, and we have never been happier with their services and support. Plus, we have never had any issues with our contractors getting paid on time or getting our back-office needs met. The facility recruited me, I applied with ifg. The facility became very frustrated because my schedule was never confirmed. And the nurse manager had to look me herself. I constantly contacted the recruiter for IFG. She never gave me a schedule. I informed HR and requested a new representative. Both HR and the recruiter ghosted me. Neither one responded with any type of resolutionOutside of the facility that recruited me the ifg representative never called me for any shifts. Medical facilities are in dire needs for staff. Facilities if you need nurses please try another company. Nurses if you need flexible income try another company. Either way it goes it's the patient that really needs the service.Poor communication. No communication. Not a good source for nurses or facilities.
