Terry and Jamie's racist behavior is unacceptable. Mistreating others based on their skin color will never lead to success. Playing dirty will only lead to failure. If you don't resemble Terry and Jamie and you work here, be cautious. And if you don't fit their mold, reconsider applying for jobs here.

I had a brief phone interview, then rec'd an email indicating they would like me to fill out the attached forms, return them and I will be contacted for an interview. I received a email letter indicating the day and time of interview. I sent in all requested documents. The work authorization information wasn't approved. I called the Recruiter; I needed a second form of work authorization. The process took a couple of emails, but I didn't experience any lengthy time frame. It was getting closer to the interview day. Contract recruiters are very busy and they were working on several contracts for the local universities, Follet bookstores. At the interview there were 15 people there (it was how the university choose to interview). NXTThing also handled the payroll and payment. That went very smoothly, I set-up direct deposit. After the contract project ended, NXTThing sent me a Thank You letter and will keep my information on file for other projects. This is all excellent customer service.
