Could be a little more friendly on the phone, for this to be a legitimate company they answer the phone like they at home and do not want to be bothered, please take head and be more professional, called because I was having some login issues and although Debra answered my questions and solved my problem, she was aggressive and rude, gladly I will never have to call there again because I left the agency I was with, rude service is never good service

I've enjoyed working with Artisan both on internal projects and being placed with clients through them. While they don't see the same number of roles as some of the bigger companies, they do tend to get jobs with higher pay rates than some of the other staffing agencies - and definitely advocate for the talent when it comes to dealing with clients. I would definitely recommend getting in touch if you're looking for work in a digital/creative role.

I worked for Artisan as a Contract Copywriter for more than three years. The team did an excellent job finding me a contract with an outstanding company. In addition to a great placement, Artisan provided me with very good benefits, including 401K and some paid time off, which is unusual in the industry. The facility recruited me, I applied with ifg. The facility became very frustrated because my schedule was never confirmed. And the nurse manager had to look me herself. I constantly contacted the recruiter for IFG. She never gave me a schedule. I informed HR and requested a new representative. Both HR and the recruiter ghosted me. Neither one responded with any type of resolutionOutside of the facility that recruited me the ifg representative never called me for any shifts. Medical facilities are in dire needs for staff. Facilities if you need nurses please try another company. Nurses if you need flexible income try another company. Either way it goes it's the patient that really needs the service.Poor communication. No communication. Not a good source for nurses or facilities.

My recruiter was new, didn't seem like she knew what she was doing, when I met her she looked like she woke up late and came into work. Didn't find me a job and forgot who I was every time I called. Their building is nice, no free parking.

Bad group of people - will lie to people to staff their temporary jobs. The recruiters are a revolving door because they are not paid a fair wage, can’t get overtime and have terrible benefits. Look elsewhere - both for your job needs and if you are interested in recruiting.
