Update: We are still with Be Structured and they continue to do excellent work. I constantly receive sales calls asking to pitch for IT work, and we always turn them away because Be Structured continues to provide excellent and knowledgeable service.With the COVID-19 situation, we had to take precautions and move our staff to remote status quickly. Be Structured came through for us. Chad worked on a plan with us, and got it motion. Even with unforeseen hurdles, they got us to the end goal in record time. Jamie, the dispatcher was prompt and communicative.I sent my Epson 5040UBE home theater projector to Great Lakes as they are an authorized repair center. After sending it in for a $100 estimate September 12, on October 13 I received word that my barely used $3000 projector was not worth repairing. I requested its return. All in, $180 wasted.But this projector has known issues, according to the blogs.Time for a second opinion from a center in Texas. The same day they received it I was quoted $629 for parts and a flat $100 for labor for the 'simple" fix. It'll be back in 3 days.Lesson learned.
