I had a disappointing experience with Veritis Group during the hiring process for a Product Manager role.After several rounds of interviews and alignment on a specific compensation, I was selected. However, the offer letter that followed listed a much lower salary than what was previously agreed and documented. When questioned, I was told the difference would be covered via “bonuses,” but these were never documented.The offer also lacked critical information — including client name, responsibilities, benefits, and work location. Requests for transparency went unanswered, and the offer was eventually withdrawn without explanation.I’ve attached redacted proof showing the original submitted salary vs. the reduced offer to help others evaluate their interactions more carefully.Visa holders and job seekers: please ask the right questions early, request written documentation, and do not submit sensitive documents until you’ve received a formal offer.

As part of the voluntary administration group for the Inspire Foundation, I have worked closely with Julie and the Custom D team in the setting up of the Foundation's online application process. The team have been amazing to work with, finding solutions for the step by step processes as we worked our way through the implementation of the online system. The Crema office is very cool. Lots of modern touches with a great view of the Kauffman Center for Performing Arts. I recently attended a Design Sprint workshop and had a great time!
