Working with Chetu on our project was an incredible experience, going really deep on the development side and requiring a lot of patience and consistency from both Chetu and our team at every step. We set an incredible foundation to accelerate the pace over the upcoming months, always counting on the support of our developer assigned to the project, and a functional consultant with incredible knowledge of the ERP implemented.

I met these guys at the NRA (National Restaurant Association) show last year in Chicago. They seemed like good people at the time and so a few months later we decided to sign up with them to get some additional POS integration work done.In our conversations with their sales team, specifically with Alex Rodriguez, they had made some pretty bold promises. Despite our hesitations, Alex assured us that "they had extensive experience in this space for year and years" and could follow through on these promises.Within a week, we were onboarded to a team in India (not local like they say), and the dev team mentioned that they would not be able to help us with what promised by Alex.... they mentioned this on the first day.I said, well - this is not something we want to do then and so they respied "let us double check with our team and get back to you.. " ... and in the meantime, "we can work on looking at your current tech stack integrations"... I said "ok."Weeks passed, no response. Finally at the month mark, we had our 2nd bill from Chetu and an answer that they could not accomplish what we wanted but they had "improved some of our POS integrations" (whatever that means). I was frustrated and asked Alex the sales rep to stop the service immediately, to which he and the team replied that we had an agreement and that I would be stuck paying $5k for another few months for work I was not interested in getting done... I responded that I would not pay for a service that I did not ask for and that this was a breach of our initial agreement.I brought up our initial conversations and promises that were made when we signed to Alex. He ignored and passed me off to the devs and other members on the team....This company is unprofessional. They overpromise and underdeliver. And to this day, they call me and write me emails weekly asking for additional payments. To this day, I'm still waiting on a response from Alex from sales. What a joke. Steer clear of this company.

I contacted Nerea (the director of ABAMobile) a few years ago. From the first meeting, she conveyed her efficiency and professionalism in her work. The company developed a health app for quitting cannabis (CANQUIT), and everything went perfectly. The team monitored the work and strictly adhered to deadlines. I'm very grateful for the work done and also for their patience, as it was my first time designing an app. I highly recommend them and will use this company whenever possible and when necessary.

I have been using the buildfire mobile app platform for over 3 years now, and this platform is amazing. I've tried other platforms. But, nothing comes close to Buildfire. The features and additional functionality are far superior than any other app platform on the market. With this platform I'm able to provide many options for my clients throughout a list of industries. But, what makes Buildfire reflect superior status is their customer support. Both Sean Hamasha my account manager and Mark Wyatt my customer support specialist are a pleasure to work with. Each of them provide different roles helping me. When I reach out for support I get an immediate follow up on my questions. If I have any technical glitches Mark is always responsive and can't do enough to make sure my apps are running smoothly. When I have any requests for guidance on how certain features can be used, or helping me with structural plans for my business, Sean is always there to guide me through. As a business owner in the media industry for over 30 years, I've always said your employees are a reflection of your brand, and both Sean and Mark are what makes Buildfire the brand they are today. Thanks to both Sean and Mark for all your continued support, and I appreciate all that you do to help my business grow using the Buildfire Platform, and I look forward to working with this great company for many years to come.Sincerely,Eric

I've had an AMAZING experience with BuildFire since the beginning, from our initial negotiations, through the app development, and even now, as I reach out OFTEN for guidance as I work to market and sell my product. Sam has been ESPECIALLY helpful as he answers every question, even before I finish writing them. I therefore HIGHLY RECOMMEND BuildFire to individuals and businesses seeking to build an app!!!

Buildfire was a great platform to get our App online without a big budget. As a really small charity, we could still build - experiment - and deploy with the help of their great development and support team. We've had custom development to keep improving, and the response by our account manager has always been great.
