My interview experience very worst with this company. I faced the same what reviewer post in their previous reviews. HR round is good. She is very humble and very good. But technical round taken by interviewer, I am not sure he really has technical knowledge or not. Though I given all the correct answers he rejected me without giving any genuine reason for rejection. He asked many basic questions of course on my 9 years of experience I know the answers but at last he asked my Expected CTC which is not generally asked in technical round.As per my knowledge they don't have budget or they already decided to not to select because in interview round asked hardly asked 5-6 questions and based on that given their judgment though given answers correct.

Black Flag carried us from concept to production on a very complex website with multiple interest holders. Designing a website for the California Department of Education means that we serve a varied user base and must adhere to the highest accessibility standards. Black Flag took input from internal teams, educators, and other interested parties that would be accessing and using the site. They adapted their designs to meet the needs of various types of users, coming up with not only attractive design elements, but created code that added automation to eliminate some of the manual updates. In a year with only 20 hours of effort a month we went from getting an average position of 45 with 1,500 impressions and 8 clicks a day; to an average position of 30 with 10,000 impressions and 18 clicks a day. The implementation of a theme was previously botched by another company and Smile Media was able to come in and work on fixing those issues while still focusing on SEO boosting.
