Mobile App Development Review from George McKerrow

ELEK+RIK has worked on improving our React Native mobile app. We had the skeleton of an app, but they were able to do an end-to-end re-design of each of the main pages. Since then, they`ve successfully implemented around ~20 different features on our mobile app. We share a spec and design, they provide an estimate and occasionally some design options, then when completed create a PR on GitHub. Their code is well-organized, easy to follow, and rarely do we have to go back-and-forth about bugs. They are also excellent communicators - carefully following threads on Slack, effectively communicating design and engineering tradeoffs, and even producing a 10m Loom video walking through a diagram. Their communication is top-notch. They are super easy to work with even though we are on very different time zones. And, I am impressed at the speed and execution of their development.

ELEK+RIK was tasked with creating a website for our company from scratch. They were professional, communicative, and dedicated to delivering an exceptional website that perfectly captured the essence of our company while exceeding our expectations. They are a talented, reliable, and customer-focused web design and development company that I would highly recommend to anyone.

Mobile App Development Review from Jim Perricone

Working with Nadcab Labs has been the most disappointing and exhausting business experience we've encountered in the history of our company, Partner Commercial Reality. We are a real estate firm based on trust, precision, and professionalism values we assumed would be mirrored by the app development company we chose to work with. Nadcab Labs marketed themselves as a top-tier app development firm capable of handling real estate platforms. The reality was a disaster from the very beginning, and what followed was months of miscommunication, incompetence, and a complete lack of responsibility. The initial discussions were smooth and filled with promises. We outlined our vision clearly: a mobile application that would allow property listings, digital document signing, customer scheduling, and internal agent communication core features essential to our operational goals. Their team nodded enthusiastically and even suggested improvements we hadn't thought of. At that point, we genuinely believed we had found a technical partner, not just a vendor. We were wrong. Perhaps the worst scenario was when we tried to go live with a basic version of the app for a soft internal launch. The plan was to let just our agents test it out. On launch day, the app completely failed to deploy. Their team claimed there was an issue with the Google Play Store submission, but we later found out it had been rejected due to a missing privacy policy and app crashes discovered in testing. Nadcab Labs hadnt followed the standard publishing protocols and never even tested the app against the store's review requirements. Our internal team had to scramble to clean up the mess, delaying our rollout indefinitely. We're sharing this experience not out of bitterness, but to warn other companies who may be considering Nadcab Labs for app development. Do your homework. Ask hard questions. And if the answers feel vague or the team seems too slick during the pitch process, walk away. We wish we had.

Finance IT Services Review from Steven K. Ranson FCPA, FCA

Working with Nadcab Labs has been a truly standout experience for us at HomeEquity Bank. We needed a partner who could help us modernise our ageing IT systems especially around how we process loans and serve our clients and Nadcab came through on every front. From day one, their team took the time to understand our business, not just our tech problems. They talked to our staff, observed how we work, and really got what makes our bank unique. They didn't just plug in a generic solution, they built something that actually fit our processes and people. One of the biggest wins was the platform they created for managing reverse mortgage applications. Before, our teams were jumping between systems and doing a lot of things manually. Now, with the new centralised dashboard and built-in automation, everything is smoother, faster, and easier for both staff and customers.Their communication was clear and consistent throughout the project. Even when we hit a few bumps like integrating with some of our older systems, they were quick to respond and solve problems without making a fuss. I especially appreciated how they handled a last-minute issue during testing by working through the night to fix it. That kind of commitment is rare.Security and compliance were also a big deal for us, and Nadcab handled that with confidence. They knew the regulatory landscape well and built everything with privacy and protection in mind, including a secure digital signing tool that made things simpler for clients and safer for us.But beyond the tech, what really made the difference was the people. Nadcabs team was approachable, down-to-earth, and easy to work with. They supported our teams, answered every question with patience, and even ran hands-on sessions to help with on-boarding.In short, Nadcab Labs didn't just deliver a system - they helped us transform how we work. It was a true partnership, and wed gladly work with them again.

Software Development Review from Marcela Palacios

Nadcab Labs, had an incredibly meticulous approach from day 1. Prior to even onbaording the team was extremely clear on the task on hand which was done so by gaining clarity from us over multiple introductory calls which set the expectation right for both parties in terms of SOW.The detail taken in developing clear wireframes to drive a de-cluttered and a clean UIUX journey for the end user of our product was clearly understood from day 1 and SAM did a phenomenal job in doing so by building great product pages for various sections.Anurag from the Nadcab Labs Team was in charge of integrating the back-end APIs into the front end and was instrumental in ensuring that our back-end team that worked closely with Anurag and the Nadcab Labs front-end team, had a clear understanding of our logic that was being written. The importance of this was paramount to deliver accurate data for our users
