MuteSix's website claims a "ROI-first approach" which certainly was not the experience I received. Prior to working with them I was achieving just over a 2x Return on ad spend (ROAS) and was looking to scale things up, which is why I came to them. During the period that MuteSix managed my ad account performance plummeted to 0.6 ROAS and they were spending vast amounts of money on consistently unprofitable campaigns, as well as overlooking key ad issues and overspending on the ad budget we agreed. I gave them multiple opportunities to turn this around and given my previous track record and the unique nature of the products I sell, it's incredible they couldn't even achieve break even. This shows a complete lack of skill and performance marketing knowledge within the team. Since taking back control I've increased the ROAS to 2.56 in just over a month and am now scaling the ad spend. Considering the claims on their website and the agency fees they charge this has been a terrible experience that would have put my company out of business if they continued down that road. If MuteSix is the 'leading agency in performance marketing' they claim and only achieves those results I must be some kind of wizard at performance marketing. UPDATE TO THEIR RESPONSE: they stated they'd contact me to 'ensure the issue is resolved', but in fact their Senior Director of Client Success contacted me and wanted a phone call for their benefit, to gather feedback to improve their processes moving forward, not to resolve the issue at hand. Once I responded I never heard from them again. Bit of a joke

To travel Pacific Highway 101 has been on my bucket list for many years. I finally got to drive on the iconic highway finally! It was an AWESOME drive with beautiful ocean front scenery, small quaint towns with really cool and interesting shops and eateries! I started my outbound telemarketing call center selling Las Vegas vacations in 2010. By 2012 I learned that leads were everything, and everything else was nothing. In 2013 I reached out to Jared's Leads for a test file, and that's where it all began. By 2015 Jared was my number 1 lead source. But it was 2017 when Jared became unforgettable to me. He sent me a test file of leads all from the same state. The test file blew up. I asked him how many more of these leads did he have? 15 million made me smile! That's when the rather unthinkable in the lead purchasing relationship happened. I asked Jared to front me the entire database of 15 million and let me make $3,500 weekly payments. "Why would I do that, he asked?" It was an understandable question, and I imagine my answer was colorful. But guess what? Jared said "let's do it!" And that's the kind of person Jared is. I went from 2 call centers to 5, revenues increased by 40%, it was life-changing. Jared Knapp is a pillar of integrity, and you'd be hard-pressed finding anyone to tell you different.
