We have worked with Flagship City for many years. The website server itself we have never had a problem with. As far as customer service Antoine is always quick to reply and extremely helpful. Even if we contact after hours we get a quick response even though it is not expected on our end. He goes the extra mile to help us out with any issues we have. Most recently we had a problem with our Google accounts. We couldn’t get direct help from Google very easily but Antoine was there to give us assistance even though our problem didn’t have anything to do with his business. We would highly recommend.
