My experience with WIT Group Marketing was unfortunately very frustrating and disappointing. While they did build a website and start my Google Ads campaigns, the service quickly began to decline. I often felt like my business wasn’t being taken seriously. I had to reach out multiple times just to get updates or answers on why I wasn’t getting leads, only to be told vague responses like “we need to work on keyword searches,” without proactive guidance or clear direction.I also worked directly with Josh Magnum during this process, and my interactions with him were especially discouraging. When I raised concerns about lead generation or requested corrections to my website, I was frequently met with resistance, requests for additional payment (despite paying a $300 monthly retainer for marketing and website maintenance), or comments suggesting the issues were mine to deal with. On several occasions, instead of addressing my concerns, he would shift the focus to unrelated issues or offer unhelpful responses.The final issue came when I asked to have my form submissions sent to a different email address. After this change, I missed over 20 leads due to the messages being routed to spam. When I brought this up, I was told it wasn’t their responsibility and that it was up to me to fix — despite this falling under the monthly service I was paying for.To make matters worse, when I voiced my intention to share my honest experience in a review, I was met with what felt like a threat of legal action, which was incredibly unprofessional and only solidified my decision to speak out.In my opinion, this agency may not be a good fit for small businesses. I was initially promised a certain level of lead flow, but when results didn’t align, the explanation shifted to my ad budget being too low — something that should have been discussed transparently upfront.If you’re a small business owner looking for a marketing team that is communicative, supportive, and genuinely invested in your success, I recommend looking elsewhere "
