Ross might be my new favorite person. And it's because he talked me out of using his services, but let me explain! I was concerned about recent drop in new client intake and since nearly all of our intake is either online (or word of mouth), my first thought was that our website wasn't ranking / functioning well. Ross was thorough, he did his homework and he came to the intro meeting with reports that showed that our website actually doing great in our small (but very dense) service area. (We were already hitting #1 and #2 in most of our service area.)He gave me practical tips on what we could do to future-proof our SEO (of which I'm going to get onto immediately.)
