Custom Marketing Solutions has been in the works for many years. It all started with an owner of a Plumbing and HVAC company hiring an internal Marketing Manager. Over the years it was apparent that we had created a product and process that seemed to be working. It was working so well, that people kept asking for marketing advice and it became more like a consulting arrangement. That's when the idea of Custom Marketing Solutions was born.

We wanted to find a way that we could help other people within the service industry just like we had on such a smaller scale. The growth of the company has shocked us all and has allowed us to help people all over the country.

Here is what we have found. For most home service companies whether they focus on one service or multiple, or whether they offer residential, commercial, or both, the conclusion was the same. All of the marketing agencies out there would put these companies into their marketing wheel and just let it go.

There was nothing special about each company. They did the same approach to all companies even if they didn't look or function the same.

That's where we decided to come in and change things up. We decided to provide a partnership with companies that do things better or cheaper than we can do in-house. We took the approach that we are going to make sure that every dollar spent by our clients sees as much return as possible. If one thing stopped working or something started working better, we would shift the funds around. We can do this because it doesn't matter where you spend with us as long as it is the right place to spend. We charge our customers a flat rate so that we have your best interest at heart. We want to make sure that no matter what we do, the end goal is to offer you the best marketing strategy possible.
