Most interactions seemed focused on trying to upsell additional services rather than delivering the project we had already paid for.It has now been over three months, and the website redesign remains incomplete. I have requested a refund multiple times, but my messages have largely gone unanswered.Based on my experience, the company failed to deliver on the promised timeline, communication was poor, and customer service after payment was extremely disappointing. I cannot recommend them.
