    Doing a nice job, helps us stay on track. Not sure we are getting enough value for the investment. BIG improvement over the last year, but still left wondering if its worth the spend. Only request would be to simplify the review process to review and edit posts as a Word doc or Google doc vs the online system. Have done this historically but then it gets lost when our key contact changes which has happened several times.
